Greetings and welcome to the website of Nobodies Inc Cosplay. We are a group of cosplayers based in California. This group is formed by Mlarad, Maggifan and Sonicfan. To begin we would like to give an explanation of what we do and what you will find in this website.
We are a group of friends that travel togeter and attend many anime conventions and do cosplay. The definition of cosplay is very well precise in Wikipedia.org:
"Cosplay short for "costume play", is a type of performance art whose participants outfit
themselves, with often-elaborate costumes and accessories, as a specific character.
Characters are usually sourced in various Japanese and East Asian media, including manga,
anime, tokusatsu, comic books, graphic novels, video games, and fantasy movies.
Cosplay costumes are radically different from typical Halloween costumes. Because the
object of cosplay is literally to become one's character, the intricate details of the costumes
are critical. Costumes must meticulously adhere to the designs of the characters' attire, and
even more generic costumes are often elaborately artistic. Rigorous attention to detail may
include ensuring the seams are aligned properly, thread colors are appropriate, and fabric
colors precisely match the character and their attire. Some cosplayers will buy their

We started cosplaying back in Anime Expo of 2006. After only attending one day, we fall in love with the concept of cosplay. After months cosplaying together, attending some anime cons and learning everything about cosplay and the community, we decided to form the cosplay group called "Nobodies Inc". The name was created in a combination of events back when we used to be big fans of the video game Kingdom Hearts.
Since 2006 we have been attending conventions all over California, participating in AMV contests, cosplay contests and many other related cosplay events. We have host cosplay contest as judges as well. We just recently have started attending conventions out of state and international; out of the country like Mexico. We love making friends and meeting new people all around the world. If you ever stumble upon any of us don't hesitate in saying hi, we are very friendly.
Cosplay for us is just a hobby and nothing else. Yes, we spend a lot of money and time for it because we love what we do. When we attend anime conventions is like vacation for us and we don't like drama. We like to participate in contests not show off like we are better than somebody but to have FUN! We have plans to participate one day for the WCS and we don't care about drama with other people and nothing can change our minds. We have already decided a date to retired of cosplay and we have our own personal lives outside from cosplay.
We decided to start doing wig commissions to help ourselves a little bit for conventions, since we do everything together and sometimes the bill for three people can be high. Mlarad does free mini photo shoots since she is starting to learn new techniques with the camera. The AMVs we create are basically just for practice since Maggifan and Sonicfan are studying to become animation and film editing majors. Mlarad learned to do AMVs and do it just for fun to learn something new.
